Apr-25-2024
Despite its lukewarm reception, Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora has been steadily updated by Massive Entertainment. The latest patch, referred to as Title Update 3.2, introduces a range of additions and improvements across various gaming platforms. For console players on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S, the update offers a new 40 FPS mode, providing a balance between enhanced graphics and smoother performance. PC users will find added support for Intel's XeSS technology, although support for FSR3 has been paused, with no specific details on when it will be reinstated.
Additionally, Title Update 3.2 addresses several bugs that affected gameplay on all platforms, including a resolution to a cooperative gameplay issue in the main quest titled "Shadows of the Past." The update sizes are reasonably moderate, with Xbox players needing 3.1 GB, PC gamers requiring 3 GB, and PS5 users downloading 2.4 GB to access the new features and fixes.
